The first thing you do when you get up is do something that makes you happy
It really is that simple. I still don’t know why you don’t do that. Whether you like to dance, read, do yoga, sing, play an instrument, stretch, do strength exercises, go jogging, write, walk your dog, do breathing exercises or meditate. Whatever you like to do, take between 5 – 60 minutes to do it, right after a glass of water. Lukewarm water would be even better. But a glass of cold water is better than none, if lukewarm is not an option.
