Your awakening depends on how you organise your morning; Because the first thing you do when you wake up sets the tone for the rest of your day; Is so. The first thing you do when you get up is do something that makes you happy

It really is that simple. I still don’t know why you don’t do that. Whether you like to dance, read, do yoga, sing, play an instrument, stretch, do strength exercises, go jogging, write, walk your dog, do breathing exercises or meditate. Whatever you like to do, take between 5 – 60 minutes to do it, right after a glass of water. Lukewarm water would be even better. But a glass of cold water is better than none, if lukewarm is not an option.

Your body is dehydrated after a night’s sleep, so you should hydrate it as soon as you get up so that you can feel good; Even slight dehydration can lead to a bad mood. You can find out more about how much water you should drink in the next article;
