- Water helps skin renewal.
- Water favours your digestion
- Water supports your joint and fascia functions*.
- Water helps your body to regulate its temperature;
Women should drink about 11 glasses of water, which corresponds to about 2.7 litres per day with a glass volume of about 200 – 250 ml.
Men are recommended to drink about 15 glasses of water, which corresponds to about 3.7 litres per day with a glass volume of between 200 – 250 ml.
